Role Overview:

We are looking for Academic / Senior Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents through programme selection, admissions, scholarships, and career-oriented education pathways.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on academic programmes, specialisations, and career prospects.
Understand students goals and recommend suitable programmes.




Handle student enquiries, leads, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
Explain eligibility criteria, scholarships, fees, and admission procedures.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and information sessions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student queries.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Counselling, or a related field.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
Experience in academic counselling, admissions, EdTech, or higher education preferred.
Comfortable working with targets and managing student enquiries.
Skilled, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
