Core Competencies
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US full lifecycle recruitment, preferably within Semiconductor, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Technology sectors.
Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
Sound understanding of Semiconductor technologies and skill sets.
Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, work authorizations, and employment types.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Team player with robust multitasking and prioritization skills.
