Role Responsibilities
Understand all aspects of assigned US Health and Welfare in order to effectively provide customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
Assist with routine and periodic perk plan audits.
Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts (5:30 PM - 3:00 AM).
Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days work from office.
Candidate should have positive communication skills.
For Analyst role, candidate should have minimum 2 years of US Health and Welfare experience.
