Job Summary

Senior Test Lead (Corporate Internet Banking Payments) Seeking a Senior Test Lead with solid experience in Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) and Payments domain, including ACH, Wire Transfers, Account Transfers, Domestic International Payments. The candidate will lead QA activities, manage test teams, define test strategy, oversee test execution, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality banking applications.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects/releases.
Define test strategy, test plans, estimations, and resource allocation.
Review and oversee test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Ensure end-to-end validation of ACH, Wire, Account Transfer, and payment workflows.
Coordinate with Business, BA, Development, and Client stakeholders.
Drive test automation, quality metrics,



and continuous process improvements.
Provide status updates, risk assessments, and release recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills
Robust domain expertise in Corporate Banking and Payments.
Hands-on experience in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Account Transfers, and payment lifecycle testing.
Experience with API Testing, SQL, JIRA/ALM, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
