Responsibilities
Prepare store-wise manpower requirements.
Source, screen and recruit store employees.
Coordinate recruitment agencies and hiring pipeline.
Manage onboarding, induction and training.
Align manpower deployment with launch schedules.
Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
Support attendance and payroll inputs.
Work with store managers to ensure staffing readiness.
Support HR policies and operating procedures for Mumbai stores.
