Roles and Responsibility
Manage and lead the team to achieve business targets through effective lead fulfillment and field activities.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed business goals in various products, including loans and insurance.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify prospects and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure business success.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales or marketing.
Strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
Excellent communication and leadership s, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
Solid analytical and problem-solving s, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with databases and data analysis tools is an advantage.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
