Role & Responsibilities
Monitor in-process quality at Injection Moulding, Painting, Plating, and Assembly stages.
Ensure compliance with process parameters, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and quality standards.
Conduct in-process inspection, process audits, and product verification.
Monitor and control process defects, rejection, rework, and scrap.
Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and PPAP activities.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Monitor paint and plating quality as per customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and support corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for quality improvement.
Support supplier quality and process audits.
