Job Summary
Exp - 6 to 8 Years in the Broking / BFSI / Financial Services industry.
Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, coordinating interviews, and closing the positions.
Hire for roles across various verticals, including Equity Advisors, Relationship Manager's, etc.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and passive sourcing.
Use hiring tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases effectively.
Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide market insights and hiring strategies.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
Track and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly hiring updates.
Collaborate with HR team for offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and background verification inputs.
