Key Responsibility: -
New Product / Process Production Preparation
Process costing knowledge
New Product Launch as per Plan
Manage & Ensure QCD targets
Develop Process Standard

Experience & Expected Candidate Profile: -

A. Technical
Should have work experience in New Product Development(NPD) for Automotive system supplier industry .
Hands on experience in process development, validation & confirmation of Precision Stamping Parts (Tool Design, Process & Equipment selection)
Having knowledge and experience in Forming, Deep drawing, Cold & Hot Forging and casting is added advantage
Good knowledge Jig, Fixture, Product assembly (system level) equipment development and process design with Automation & poka-yoke
Should of positive knowledge on Joining process like Welding, Fastening, Riveting, etc.
Having knowledge & experience in Process Automation
Should have hands on experience in conducting process trials achieving and monitoring the KPI targets like FTTR, Run@ Rate/Cycle time, Process Capability,



etc.

B. System & Tools
Should have strong knowledge and experience in adopting IATF requirements, particularly in the area of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA
Valuable knowledge in Design for Manufacturing & Assembly [DFM & DFA],
Hands on experience in conducting Process DR for New Product & Process Development with PFMEA approach
Familiar with measurement techniques.
Having good knowledge & experience in Trouble shooting & Problem solving thru analytical methods like Process Benchmarking, DOE, QIT, QC story, 8D, etc.,

C. Soft Skills
Identify & monitoring risk and mitigation plan to meet the customer & management targets.
Have sound knowledge in cycle time, capacity planning, line set-up, method study, etc.
A Good Team Play and Team-oriented member to keep up the team spirit with good communication knowledge
Basic knowledge on Industry 4.0
