Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT corporate positions across various functions.
Manage bulk hiring requirements and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining the quality of hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers, sourcing reports, and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a network of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a graduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in corporate and bulk hiring. The candidate should have solid sourcing skills, hands-on experience with job portals and excellent communication and coordination abilities. Candidates residing near NSP, Pitampura, Delhi, will be preferred.
