About the Role:

Medispec is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment and systems at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, or technical issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
Attend customer complaints and provide timely in office technical support.
Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks where required.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with internal technical, production, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
Train customers/operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field activities.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and technical standards.
