Role Overview

The HR Head will own the overall HR function and partner closely with the leadership team on organisation building, talent, performance, compensation, culture and HR governance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will be expected to both set the HR agenda and personally drive key initiatives and execution, supported by a lean HR team.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Organisation Building
Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with companies business and growth objectives.
Build the HR infrastructure and processes required to support a growing organisation.
Partner with the leadership team on organisation structure, role clarity, workforce planning and capability building.
Strengthen accountability, performance orientation and organisational effectiveness.
Performance Management




Lead the design and implementation of a robust Performance Management System (PMS).
Establish transparent performance objectives, review processes and performance standards.
Compensation & Rewards
Develop appropriate compensation structures and conduct regular market benchmarking.
Establish frameworks for increments, promotions, incentives and variable compensation.
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
Develop a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth plans.
Build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
Talent Development & Succession
Identify critical talent and capability gaps across the organisation.
Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for key roles.
Establish appropriate development frameworks for high-potential and emerging leaders.
