Technical skills:
Robust experience with IBM Sterling , Order Management System, including design, configuration, and development.
Experience with SOAP and REST services for integration.
Experience with custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and SQL functions.
Solid analytical skills to analyze and debug production issues
Experience in Supply Chain Management
Familiarity with application servers like Websphere MQ or JBoss.
Responsibility from the Role :
Troubleshoot and resolve functional, deployment, and systemic issues, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Configure core OMS modules and features, such as pricing, promotions, and inventory management, to meet client-specific needs.
Co-ordinate with stakeholders as and when needed for resolving incident and ensure they are resolved in given time.
Robust written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.
