Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Article Clerk role based in Dahisar, Mumbai. The Article Clerk will assist with day-to-day accounting work, including recording entries, maintaining ledgers, and preparing basic financial statements. Responsibilities may also include supporting tax return preparation, working on audit assignments, compiling working papers, and helping with statutory and regulatory filings.



The role involves coordinating with senior team members, organizing documents, following internal processes, and maintaining accurate records. The Article Clerk is expected to learn and apply skilled standards, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with the team and, when required, with clients.
Qualifications
• Strong numerical aptitude and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Ability to work with spreadsheets and accounting software; familiarity with MS Excel and Word.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational skills, including document management, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn, follow qualified ethics, and work under supervision in a structured environment.
Preferred: Pursuing or completed relevant commerce education (e.g., B.Com or equivalent) or skilled studies such as CA foundation/intermediate.
Preferred: Basic understanding of Indian tax laws, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
