Role & responsibilities
Lead corporate / site EHS audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
Monitor incidents, trends, and performance via Raksha portal.
Conduct site visits (1820 days / month) for assessments and walk-downs.
Deliver training on HIRA, JSA, SOPs, and critical activities (WAH, lifting, confined space etc.).
Review leading / lagging indicators and emergency preparedness.
Drive safety initiatives, awareness campaigns, and corporate events.
Investigate major / fatal incidents and ensure preventive action.

Support client / external audits and mobilization / demobilization safety

Preferred candidate profile
Graduation in Engineering / Safety.
Lead Auditor Certification ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred).
10 - 12 years EHS experience in construction projects.
Robust audit, compliance, and risk management skills.
Data-driven, proactive, and effective communicator.
Willing to travel extensively.
