Job Description:
We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through B2B sales and corporate tie-ups.
Recruit, train and supervise field sales executives.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Identify potential customers and develop current markets.
Monitor daily field activities, follow-ups and conversions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales and team handling.
Robust communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to travel locally.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Preferred Background: B2B Sales, FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Insurance or Service Industry.
