Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Product Development skilled to join a multidisciplinary team focused on rapidly experimenting, building, and validating innovative GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to rapidly prototype and productionize AI solutions.
Explore advanced AI models and proprietary generative AI models.
Apply software and AI architectural patterns to build scalable solutions.
Develop solutions using modern Agentic AI frameworks, protocols, and cloud platforms.
Contribute to end-to-end product development and technical solution design.
Provide technical consulting and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product development / software development.
BE/B.Tech or higher qualification in Computer Science or related streams.
Degree should be from premier institutes only.
Solid experience in AI/ML technologies and software development.
Hands-on experience developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions.
Excellent consulting and communication skills.
Solid programming expertise in Python / Java or relevant combination.
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams with rapid experimentation and solution validation.
