T.I.M.E. Ratlam is seeking a energetic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding various competitive exam preparation programs, including CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, Bank, SSC, and other entrance and recruitment examinations. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, managing admissions, nurturing leads, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Admissions:
Counsel students and parents on suitable courses based on their academic background, career goals, and aspirations.
Explain course features, batch schedules, fee structures, scholarship prospects, and admission processes.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, both in person and online.




Convert inquiries, walk-ins, and generated leads into admissions.

Lead Management & Follow-up:
Handle leads received through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, referrals, walk-ins, and telecalling activities.
Maintain regular follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Track lead progress and ensure timely conversion.
Update all lead interactions in CRM and admission management systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
