Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (Automation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer (Automation) with strong expertise in

test strategy, functional validation, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will

possess excellent analytical skills, hands-on programming experience, and the ability to

deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement comprehensive test strategies across functional, integration,

and end-to-end testing
Perform in-depth functional testing with strong analytical and problem-solving

capabilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and reusable test

scripts
Execute testing across multiple layers, including UI, API, and performance/load

testing
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality-driven delivery
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of test automation suites
Quickly adapt to short-term engagements and evolving project requirements

Required Skills & Experience




5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as:
TypeScript / JavaScript (preferred)
Java or any object-oriented programming language (good to have)
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
UI Automation
API Testing
Performance/Load Testing
Experience with tools and frameworks such as:
Playwright / Selenium
Postman / REST Assured
JMeter / Locust or equivalent
Solid understanding of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and

SDLC/STLC
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings

Good to Have
Experience in GenAI use case testing
Exposure to AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience in test data management and service virtualization
