Job Description: Consultant Programme Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Programme Management to support tourism destination development initiatives, programme monitoring, policy research, and coordination with Government departments and implementing agencies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor tourism destination development projects, including priority destinations such as Varanasi.
Support the preparation of EFC proposals, DPRs, concept notes, policy briefs, and project reports.
Conduct policy research, benchmarking studies, and analysis of tourism development initiatives.
Track project milestones, physical and financial progress, and implementation timelines.
Coordinate with Central/State Government departments, Ministries, consultants, and implementing agencies.
Prepare presentations, Cabinet briefs, status reports, meeting minutes, and official communications.




Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and programme documentation.
Identify implementation challenges and recommend corrective measures.
Support monitoring and evaluation of Government tourism schemes and flagship programmes.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
Graduate degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Tourism, Public Policy, or a related discipline from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Solid analytical, research, coordination, reporting, and project management skills.
