Role & responsibilities
Conceptualize and design premium packaging solutions for gifting, retail, FMCG, wellness, cosmetics, luxury, and consumer brands.
Develop creative packaging concepts, layouts, illustrations, patterns, typography, and visual themes.
Design rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, sleeves, labels, inserts, and other packaging formats.
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with proper bleed, color profiles, and production specifications.
Work with existing dielines and collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution.
Understand packaging materials and print finishing techniques such as foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, UV coating, lamination, textured papers, and specialty finishes.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent understanding of packaging design, dielines, print production, and pre-press processes.
Solid understanding of premium packaging aesthetics.
Experience preparing production-ready artwork for commercial printing.
