Graphic Designer- Team Lead

Experience: 4+ years, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities
Lead the ideation, design, and execution of high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and print.
Maintain design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Explore and implement AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, ideation, productivity, and storytelling.
Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to junior designers while building a team-oriented and creative team.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to understand briefs and develop effective design concepts.
Present creative concepts to clients and ensure designs are aligned with their objectives.
Manage design workflows, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality.
Monitor design trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements
4+ years of skilled graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/team-handling role.
Experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.




Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, or similar platforms.
Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in digital campaigns, branding, social media, and motion design.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
