Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction. Handle patient queries and concerns with empathy. Appointment & Front Desk Management Manage appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups. Minimize missed appointments through proactive communication. Coordinate efficiently with dentists and the clinic team.

Administration Maintain accurate patient records, billing, and payments. Keep the reception area organized and skilled.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences. Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
