Key Responsibilities :
Conduct field visits to customers for recovery of overdue loan payments.
Follow up with delinquent customers and ensure timely collections.
Maintain regular customer communication and resolve payment-related queries.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, and collection status.
Ensure adherence to company policies, collection processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for collection-related issues and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is mandatory.
Experience: 1 year of experience in field collections, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Knowledge of local geography and customer handling is preferred.
