Job Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day TMS transactions and ensure timely system updates.
Manage vehicle call-offs as per dispatch plans and loading schedules.
Coordinate with transporters and plant teams for timely vehicle placement.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with dispatch, loading, security, and weighbridge teams.
Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Prior TMS and vehicle call-off experience is preferred.
Candidates with robust MIS skills and no TMS experience may also apply; training will be provided.
