Key Roles & Responsibilities

Perform daily verification to ensure all shipments and delivery routes are properly closed.

Validate claims, credit notes, reason codes, material codes, and route allocations for accuracy.

Verify and reconcile reloads, additional charges, short loads, and returned materials.

Manage driver transaction closures, including manual invoices, credit notes, Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, and cash collections.

Investigate and resolve POD-related discrepancies involving returns, short loads, and pricing differences.

Execute final settlement processes and prepare reconciliation reports.

Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely completion of daily closing activities.





Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational and financial discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in O2C, logistics operations, billing, accounts receivable, or reconciliation.

Knowledge of invoice processing, credit notes, POD management, and settlement procedures.

Positive analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and transaction management.

Robust attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
