Role & responsibilities
Support bank reconciliation and cash/bank transaction recording.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related activities.
Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents before processing.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS and basic financial reporting.
Support product costing, raw material costing and production cost analysis.
Prepare and maintain cost sheets and compare actual cost vs. standard/budgeted cost.
Assist in analysing material, labour, overhead and production costs.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production and other departments for accounting and costing-related information.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Perform other day-to-day accounting and finance activities as assigned.

Desired Skills:
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles and costing concepts.
Basic understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Ledger and Trial Balance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Familiarity with Tally/ERP/SAP will be an advantage.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
