Manager Sales & Business Development (UVGI & Indoor Air Solutions)

Role Overview is looking for a driven, technically robust Sales & Business Development Manager to lead its UVGI and Indoor Air Solutions business across Delhi & NCR and the North market. This role demands deep experience in HVAC product sales, solid consultant and contractor networks, and hands-on exposure to air purification, UVGI, and IAQ technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales of UVGI systems, air purification solutions, and IAQ products.

• Work closely with HVAC / MEP consultants to achieve product specifications and approvals at design and tender stages.

• Develop new business opportunities across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial segments.

• Build and manage relationships with HVAC/MEP consultants and contractors.

• Conduct technical presentations and solution-based selling.

• Support bids, technical submittals, BOQs,



and project execution.

• Coordinate with internal engineering and application teams.

• Track pipeline, forecasts, and provide MIS reports. Key Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of HVAC sales experience with UVGI / IAQ exposure.

• Strong consultant and contractor network in Delhi, NCR & North India.

• Bachelors Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./Btech) or Science Graduate.

• Strong knowledge of UVGI, HEPA/ULPA filtration, IAQ technologies. • Proven target achievement and strong negotiation skills. Compensation & Benefits
