Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring activities across assigned business verticals. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Track candidate status and maintain recruitment trackers accurately.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining coordination as required.
Meet hiring timelines and closure targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior recruitment experience preferred (agency or corporate hiring).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.




Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment portals.

Mandatory Infrastructure Requirement
Candidate must possess and use their own personal laptop with a reliable internet connection throughout the contract period.
Axis Bank/Company laptop and hardware will not be provided for this role.
The recruiter must ensure uninterrupted connectivity and a suitable work workplace to effectively perform recruitment activities remotely.
