Role & responsibilities -
Order Management
Monitor and manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
Review order status and identify processing exceptions.
Coordinate with warehouses and customer service teams to resolve order issues.
Ensure orders meet customer requested delivery dates.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, holds and releases.
Shipment Monitoring & Follow-up
Monitor shipment progress from order creation through delivery.
Proactively follow up delayed shipments with logistics providers.
Coordinate ETA updates and communicate shipment exceptions.
Coordinate shipment investigations and escalation.
Maintain shipment tracking reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Invoice Administration
Create manual invoices
Verify invoice data accuracy and supporting documentation.
Ensure invoice creation complies with applicable operational procedures.
Regional Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with:
Customers Supply Chain Teams
Customers Control Center Teams
Country Interfaces
Carriers
Warehouse Operations
Planning Teams
Coordinate operational activities across multiple APAC countries.
Support issue resolution through email, phone, collaboration tools, and escalation channels.
Support business inquiries




Continuous Improvement
Identify operational improvement prospects.
Support process standardization.
Update SOPs and knowledge articles.
Participate in process migration and Knowledge Transfer activities.

Preferred candidate profile -

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline preferred.

Candidates with relevant operational experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations may also be considered.
