Job Description

We welcome applications from MBA/PGDM graduates in Human Resources, including freshers with relevant HR internship experience, as well as candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Assist in HR Business Partnering activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment and HR requirements.
Support employee queries, HR documentation, and routine HR operations.
Assist with maintaining employee records and HR-related reports.
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across different HR functions.





Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
Freshers with relevant HR internship experience are welcome.
Candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HRBP activities will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.
High learning agility, ownership, and a genuine interest in building a career in HR.

Compensation

25,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
