Role Description The Salesperson role at Eighty Jewellers Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur. Responsibilities include welcoming customers to the showroom, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable jewelry pieces and collections. The Salesperson will explain product features, materials, and pricing, assist with trials and fittings, and ensure accurate billing and documentation. Daily tasks also involve maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory on the sales floor, and keeping the showroom clean and organized.



The role requires handling customer queries, managing after-sales support, and collaborating with team members to meet individual and store sales targets while providing a respectful, professional customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including meeting targets, cross-selling, and upselling within a retail environment.
Clear spoken communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with a professional and courteous manner.
