Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in building a career in the General Insurance industry. The role focuses on channel partner onboarding, relationship management, and business development across OEM, SME, and Agency Motor channels.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective channel partners.
Support channel partners in understanding insurance products, processes, and business prospects.
Drive business growth through partner engagement, coordination, and relationship management.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for channel partners.
Track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve business generation.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.
Willingness to work in a sales-oriented, target-driven workplace.
Enthusiasm to learn about the General Insurance industry and develop channel partnerships.
