Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions including sales, operations, factory staff, and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and campus hiring
Develop a solid pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage job listings
Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews
Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, attitude, and cultural alignment
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
Follow up for feedback post interviews
Recruitment Process Management




Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure timely closure of positions
Offer & Joining Process
Coordinate offer discussions and salary negotiations
Issue offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining
Manage onboarding coordination
Employer Branding & Talent Strategy
Build employer brand through LinkedIn, job portals, and local networks
Develop relationships with consultants, institutes, and placement agencies
Suggest improvements in hiring strategy

Key Skills Required
Solid sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of HR practices and labour laws (preferred)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Experience in hiring for sales roles, factory staff, and operational roles will be an added advantages
