Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to handle billing and documentation for our fire fighting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare RA bills, running bills, and final bills for fire fighting projects.
Verify site measurements and quantities of work executed.
Prepare and submit client bills with supporting documents.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients for bill certification and approvals.
Track billing progress, work orders, variations, and extra items.
Prepare material reconciliation statements and verify executed quantities.
Follow up on bill approvals and payment status.
Maintain proper billing records and project documentation.

Required Qualifications:




Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in billing, preferably with a fire fighting contractor.
Knowledge of fire fighting systems such as hydrant, sprinkler, fire pumps, and fire alarm systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and RA billing procedures.
Positive coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Location: Thane / Mumbai and project sites, as required.

Salary Package: 6 to 5 LPA
