Position Title: HRBP

Department: HR & Admin

Location: Kandivali

Reports to: BU HR Head

Role Overview: The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development. The role requires handson execution of HR processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to design and implement peoplecentric programs that strengthen organizational capability and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business units to identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development prospects.
Design and execute Talent Management frameworks including capability mapping, performance management, and individual development plans.
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives such as townhalls, surveys, recognition programs, and culturebuilding activities.
Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver L&D; programs aligned with business priorities, including onboarding,



functional training, and leadership development.
Facilitate performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and employee development conversations.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, training effectiveness) and recommend actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving queries and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
36 years of HR experience with exposure to TM, EE, and L&D;.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Handson experience in designing and executing HR programs.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Location preference: Kandivali, Mumbai.
