Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Attend to walk-in clients and visitors.
Provide basic information about immigration and visa services.
Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Assist with daily office activities and documentation.
Maintain qualified communication with clients.

Eligibility Criteria: - Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience: 1 to 2 years experience

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.



- Friendly personality with good telephone etiquette.
Interest in customer handling and client coordination.
