Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits to collect overdue payments.
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs, loan repayments, credit card dues, or other outstanding balances.
Explain payment schedules, due dates, and available payment options to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Required Skills
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
