Air Ticketing Staff are responsible for booking flight tickets, managing reservations, assisting passengers, and handling changes or cancellations.

Educational Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduation is preferred by some employers.
Diploma or certificate in Air Ticketing, Travel and Tourism, or Aviation is an advantage.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.

Knowledge of international flight bookings.
Understanding of fares, ticket issuance, rebooking, refunds, and cancellations.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
Solid Knowledge of Australian, Indian, Canadian & USA markets.

Experience
Experience in travel agencies, airlines, or ticketing offices is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Book and issue airline tickets.
Check flight schedules, availability, and fares.
Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
Assist customers with travel-related queries.
Maintain booking records and payment details.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
