We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Temenos Integration Lead / Development Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in integration and development, with expertise in the financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead the integration and development of Temenos applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
Provide training and support to end-users on recent systems and processes.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to application performance, data integrity, and system compatibility.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Job Requirements




Strong knowledge of Temenos products, including Bancs, T24, and other related technologies.
Experience in integration and development, focusing on financial services industry standards and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a adaptable and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
