Role Description The Telesales Executive role at PureFlow Solutions Private Limited is a full time, in office position based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The person in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services, explain offerings, and respond to customer queries. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining records of interactions in the company’s systems. The Telesales Executive will work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team targets, support customer retention, and contribute to overall revenue growth.



The role also involves providing courteous customer support, gathering feedback, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken language and active listening.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and support revenue objectives.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with call handling and CRM tools.
Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, willingness to work with targets, and the ability to collaborate with a sales team.
Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support is beneficial; familiarity with the local market in the Greater Rajkot Area is an advantage.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
