Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our luxury resort in Devala, Nilgiri. The ideal candidate must have prior resort or hotel front desk experience and be confident in handling multiple guests, managing guest requests, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Candidates with experience in handling high guest volumes and managing front office operations independently are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out.
Welcome, assist, and attend to multiple guests professionally.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, complaints, and special requirements efficiently.
Manage room reservations, bookings, guest records, and front office documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest communications.




Ensure guest satisfaction through timely service and effective problem-solving.
Maintain professional standards and a high level of hospitality at all times.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel or resort front office is mandatory.
Previous experience handling multiple guests in a busy resort or hotel workplace.
Strong guest-handling and communication skills.
Good spoken English; Malayalam and Tamil will be an advantage.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer operations.
Skilled appearance, a pleasant personality, and a service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work at Devala, Nilgiri.
