The Information Technology (IT) Executive role focuses on maintaining reliable IT infrastructure and providing responsive technical assistance across the organisation. The position covers hardware, software, network, security, asset management, and end-user support, while also providing reports and updates in English to the company’s headquarters in Japan.

Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Install, upgrade, and support operating systems, software applications, and security tools
Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and network-related issues
Provide technical support to end users by phone, email, remote access, or onsite assistance
Perform system health checks, preventive maintenance, and regular software updates
Maintain the IT asset inventory and documentation covering incidents, solutions, and system configurations
Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding hardware repairs and IT support requirements




Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection practices
Prepare reports and communicate in English with the company’s headquarters in Japan

Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or network support
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively
Robust knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
Hands-on knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Wi-Fi, routing, and switching
Experience installing, configuring, and upgrading software applications
Knowledge of operating system support, preferably Microsoft Windows
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive communication and end-user support abilities
