Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Store Manager (Medical devices) to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and stock control in a medical device company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining accurate stock records and working on Tally for inventory and accounting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations efficiently
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and storage
Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of medical devices as per standards
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking
Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation
Maintain inward and outward registers and documentation
Work on ERP for inventory management, billing, and stock tracking
Coordinate with procurement, sales,



and logistics teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Dispatch handling

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse management (preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry)
Experience of handling capital goods
Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP)
Positive understanding of documentation and record-keeping
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
