Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Associate / Associate Partner– Banking & Finance to strengthen our transactional finance practice in Delhi.

Key Responsibilitie

Transactional & Advisor
Advise on banking and finance transactions, including: Lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated), Project finance and infrastructure finance, Acquisition and leveraged finance, Structured finance and debt restructuring
Acting as the key to the relationship for lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions is a key requirement

The role requires robust oversight on legal risk, regulatory compliance, and documentation quality

Candidate Profile
6+ years PQE in banking and finance practice
Solid expertise in complex financing transactions and negotiations
Proven client-handling skills and commercial judgment

Preferred
Experience with cross-border financing transactions
Ability to build and scale a sustainable finance practice
