We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in customer communication, lead generation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.
Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and schedule appointments.
Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Maintain skilled communication and build positive customer relationships.
Prepare daily call reports and update customer databases or CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in telecalling,



telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or the local language is preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
