Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in North Delhi, responsible for overseeing client accounts and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of accounting and compliance services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing bookkeeping and ledger maintenance, reviewing financial statements, coordinating audits, and supporting tax filings and other statutory compliances. The role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and provide explicit,



professional communication on financial and regulatory matters. The Account Manager will also supervise junior team members, help improve internal processes, and support the firm’s documentation and reporting standards.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; CA/CA-inter or equivalent qualified qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience in a CA firm or similar professional services environment is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in North Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
