Role Description The Financial Analyst will work full time on-site in Saket, supporting financial decision-making across the business. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales and expense data, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and monitoring key performance indicators related to retail operations and inventory. The role involves supporting financial planning and budgeting cycles, forecasting revenue and costs, and performing variance analysis to identify trends and risks. The Financial Analyst will also review financial statements, assist in improving financial processes,



and present explicit insights and recommendations to management to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Financial Planning and Finance skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and generate meaningful insights.
Candidates should possess experience working with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with financial or ERP systems.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in retail or consumer goods finance is an advantage.
