Qualified Lawyer with 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Robust experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating client-provided technology contracts, including:
IT services agreements
Outsourcing agreements
Software licensing agreements
Cloud agreements
AI-related contracts
Framework/MSA agreements
Experience working on customer paper/client terms rather than relying on standard company templates.
Preferred background as In-house Counsel in a multinational organization or a reputed law firm with similar commercial contracting exposure.
Responsible for end-to-end legal support and closure of commercial deals, partnering closely with business teams and corporate functions.




Part of the Commercial Contracting Legal Team supporting Europe and South Africa, reporting to the Head of Legal (Europe).
Strong ability to identify contractual risks, provide practical solutions, and balance legal risk with business objectives to enable deal closures.
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills with internal teams and clients.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, quick-changing IT services setting and adapting to evolving business structures.
Exposure to civil law is desirable but not mandatory.
Occasional international travel may be required.
