Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chartered Accountant role based in Guwahati. The Chartered Accountant will manage statutory and tax audits, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include handling income tax, GST, and other regulatory filings; advising clients on tax planning and financial structuring; and supporting assessments, reconciliations, and documentation. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports for management and clients,



and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality qualified services. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant with valid membership in the relevant skilled institute.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing practices, and financial reporting frameworks.
Experience with direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools.
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings clearly.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues on-site.
Prior experience in a CA firm or professional services environment is preferred.
